The experience includes a visit to a dairy and is a real journey of discovery of Parmigiano Reggiano. After dressing yourself in a custom-made smock, you will witness all the stages of milk processing, from cooking to putting the curds in a mould, to salting.
You will have the opportunity to see with your own eyes the ageing warehouses where the wheels rest and are cared for daily, and you will be able to put your signature on one of them. After at least 24 months, YOUR wheel will be delivered to you personally. A personalized shooting that will provide a fun reminder of your day as a cheesemaker, rounds off the experience.
