From 17th to 20th June, 2025, Florence welcomed the elite of international men’s fashion to its most iconic home: the Fortezza da Basso. The 108th edition of Pitti Uomo has been a real ritual.
Over 730 brands have chosen the most Renaissance city in Europe to tell the future of menswear. But this year, the experience has exceeded all expectations: because in Florence, style has not only paraded, it has also pedaled.
PITTI UOMO TURNS INTO PITTI BIKES AT THE FORTEZZA DA BASSO
Pitti Bikes was the chosen theme for Pitti Uomo, and not just any theme. The bicycle, a design object and philosophy of life, redefined the exhibition space, transforming it into a the silent scenography of a circuit, where each stand was a stop and each collection a step towards a more essential and conscious aesthetic.
A refined metaphor that combined vision and matter, craftsmanship and innovation, elegance and sustainability.
With the installations by Alessandro Moradei, the creative direction by Angelo Figus and the shots by Alessandro Timpanaro, the Fortezza da Basso took on a new breath.
Among the participating brands, Brunello Cuccinelli, with an elegant and measured collection, and Antonio Marras, who moved his atelier from Alghero to the heart of Florence, both stood out. The spring/summer 2026 collections spoke a new language: made of lightness without fragility, colors without excess, shapes balanced between rigor and freedom.
The recognition of Pitti Uomo as a Historic Brand of National Interest, obtained this year, is not a simple institutional title. It is the confirmation that the event does not follow trends: it shapes them.
FLORENCE: THE MOOD OF HARMONY
Florence, as always, was the perfect setting for Pitti Uomo.
A city that is a state of mind, where every corner is a lesson in harmony.
While you’re in Tuscany’s capital, don’t miss Fede Cocktail Lab at Hotel Balestri. Overlooking the Arno, a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, the venue is a new Art Deco-style space, born as a meeting point between Florentine hospitality and the art of mixology.
